Allie Nason

President

Hi! My name is Allie Nason and I am a 3rd year Neurobiology major from Chandler, Arizona. I am also pre-med, and planning to go to medical school to hopefully become a Neonatologist, or working with critical care children in the ICU. I grew up always wanting to be surrounded by and working with a team, and Delta Gamma is the greatest team of them all. Joining DG my first year has given me more than I could have imagined. Not only from the lifelong support, friendships and memories that I have made, but also from the numerous leadership experiences I have had and the way I have challenged myself to learn more and grow as a young woman in college. Through this chapter, I am able to develop as a young adult, a woman, and an advocate in my community. I wouldn't trade my experience so far in DG for anything else, and I can't wait for the year ahead to grow more in myself, and as a chapter.

Aliyah Ellis

vp: social standards

Hello! My name is Aliyah Ellis, and I am a third-year with a Cognitive Behavioral Neuroscience/ Psychology major and a Business minor. I am originally from Birmingham, Alabama. My dream job is to be a behavior analyst in the criminology field, but if that doesn't work out, I hope to get into the marketing aspect of the business world. I am DG's Vp social standards and am super involved at UCSD. I am a teaching assistant as well as a marketing intern for UCSD's athletics department. Holding a leadership position in DG has taught me a lot. It has taught me patience and responsibility. It has given me so many lifelong memories and friends. My goal is to embody the amazing qualities of a Delta Gamma woman and continue serving my community and helping everyone around me. I encourage everyone to be the best they can be and help anyone and everyone they can.

Emma Jacobs

vp: membership

Hi! My name is Emma Jacobs and I am a 3rd year Human Biology major with a minor in psychology. I am pre-med and planning on going to medical school to one day work with either pregnant women, babies or kids (or all). Currently I work at a biology research lab on campus studying muscle cell pathologies and also volunteer at Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women and Children in the perinatal special care unit! Without Delta Gamma, I cannot imagine being where I am today. These women inspired me to change my major, further pursue medicine, and embrace that I am capable of doing all that I’ve dreamed. I have met my best friends, my roommates, and the largest support system. I am honored to serve as VP Membership and have the opportunity to show just how amazing our chapter is during recruitment!

Rishika Murthy

vp: foundation

Hi! My name is Rishika Murthy and I am a 2nd year Human Biology major from Santa Clara, CA. In the future, I plan on going to medical school to become a pediatrician! Currently, I just started working as a Behavioral Technician where I work with special needs children. Joining DG has taught me so much, and as vp Foundation, I only have more to learn. Being surrounded by a group of women who are always willing to motivate you and laugh with you is one of the strongest support systems I have had, teaching me resilience, optimism, and responsibility. I am so excited to plan our chapter’s philanthropies and am so proud to be part of this chapter!

Samantha Johansen

vp: finance

Hi! My name is Samantha Johansen and I am a 3rd year Joint Mathematics and Economics major with a minor in Business. In the future, I hope to work as a financial advisor to provide meaningful advice in order to make an impact on people’s lives. As VP Finance, I get to work closely with all the lovely women on CMT and help this chapter use our budget in the most efficient way possible. Delta Gamma has given me the opportunity to grow immensely as a leader. In this chapter, I am surrounded by strong, driven women who I admire and who push me to pursue my goals. Delta Gamma has brought me endless support, irreplaceable memories, and friends that I am confident will be in my life for a long time. I am excited for what is to come during my time on CMT and I am looking forward to seeing this chapter grow!

Megan White

vp: programming

Hi! My name is Megan White and I’m a 3rd year Structural Engineering major from San Diego. I am currently working as an Operations Specialist for a start-up tech company where I build, code, and ship all of the company’s occupancy devices. Working in the tech field has taught me so much about self discipline, creativity, and optimism—all qualities I find rewarding as VP Programming. Not only being a DG, but working as a team with the rest of CMT, has given me invaluable leadership experience and a support system that is necessary as a UCSD student. My sisters are my role models and I’m constantly in awe of the dedication and work they put into themselves and our community.
