Philanthropy Events

To get the San Diego community more involved and aware of Service for Sight, we host annual philanthropic events. Fall quarter we hosts Desserts with DG. This event is an all you can eat dessert buffet for only $5, and it brings the campus community together while supporting research and services for the visually impaired. 

We have our annual philanthropy AnchorSplash in spring quarter. At Anchor Splash, members of fraternities, sororities and sports teams actively participate in a synchronized swimming event, as well as other half time races and events. Through T-shirt sales, fraternity and sorority donations, external contributions and amazing local San Diego sponsors, DG has been able to put on amazing events and contribute significantly to Service for Sight, which we are so proud of.
